Robert S. Reda

Robert Reda is a principal of R&D and managing director of the business, real estate, litigation, and estate planning teams.  Robert’s practice is concentrated on representing the interests of the business community.  His advice covers most aspects of business endeavors, including corporate and real estate law. He has worked with clients as large as Citibank, N.A. and the Illinois Toll Highway Authority, and as small as his grandfather’s retail store.

Robert has formed, merged, divested and dissolved hundreds of companies.  He has worked with the real estate development community, including banks, developers and end users, in the acquisition, development and sale of parcels as small as six flats and as large as hundred million dollar portfolios. 

Robert has litigated numerous lawsuits in federal and state courts around the country, including before administrative agencies and arbitrations, in such substantive areas as intellectual property, business torts, environmental actions, antitrust, fiduciary duties, insurance, discrimination, government and private contracts, shareholder derivative actions and racketeering.

Robert received a certificate in Trial Advocacy Skills and Deposition Skills at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.  Robert received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School and his B.A. from Drake University.
